For me, placemaking must be aligned with futureproof net zero carbon policies whilst still maintaining thriving communities.  In senior roles at SLR Consulting and Vectos Transport Planning I helped develop a process for vision based assessment having worked alongside organisations such as the RTPI, Homes England and the DfT. I deliver commercially sensitive schemes with firmly future focused outcomes for clients – benefitting all stakeholders.

My experience spans most sectors within the development industry in the UK and Middle East, often managing teams offering wider environmental services. My advice takes you from the feasibility stage right through to planning and appeal/inquiry support.  I particularly enjoy advising developers on new approaches to mobility and the implications of emerging policy developments within the sector, but my biggest reward comes from helping clients achieve planning consent.
