Transport planning and development specialist with over 25 years’ experience delivering practical, sustainable solutions for projects of all scales.

I specialise in helping clients navigate the transport and infrastructure aspects of the planning process, providing strategic advice from the earliest stages of site appraisal through to planning consent and delivery. My experience spans residential, mixed-use, commercial and strategic development projects, with a focus on identifying opportunities, resolving constraints and supporting successful outcomes.

Having worked in both consultancy and local government, I bring a well-rounded understanding of the planning and development process, helping clients anticipate challenges, manage risk and develop solutions that are both deliverable and commercially realistic. I have particular expertise in transport strategy, development feasibility, masterplanning, planning obligations and stakeholder engagement.
